Don Papa Masskara pays tribute to the iconic MassKara Festival of Negros Occidental, celebrating the island’s vibrant culture and creativity. Inspired by the festival’s joyful spirit, it is infused with locally sourced tropical ingredients, indigenous spices, fruit and honey, before being aged in American oak barrels and blended with a pot still infusion to create a rich, complex and unmistakably tropical flavour profile.
